so my cheesecake quest so far, has had its ups and downs. thsi was definitely an up. so far, the best cheesecake i've had. loved the soft texture, the crumbly digestive base. i thought it was amazing. the dark chocolate cake however, not so. it was too dry for me.
this nw tops my best cheesecake list.
really short post. because there are really no words to describe the greatness of this cheesecake.
