leung kee wan tan mee @ taipan

located right opposite the car park lot, this place serves the best wan tan mee. i keep telling everyone this place is famous, and they ask why, i go 'erm, famous in my family'. this place serves all things wan tan noodles, from char siew wan tan noodles, to curry chicken wan tan noodles, to chicken feet mushroom wan tan noodles to pure wan tan noodles. the pride on their own homemade noodles as well.

what i love most about this shop are their dumplings/sui gaus. they are amazing. the skin, is so thin, and their filling, is filled to the very edge of the dumpling skin, giving you a very satisfied mouthful when you bite into it. in terms of skin, here is better, but in terms of filling, chilli pan mee wins. but each has its own plus point. 5.90 for 5 dumplings.

i was feeling hungry. so i ordered a bowl of dumplings, and also a wan tan noodles with curry sauce splashed. i ordered a small one which was one serving of noodles. the medium one is one and a half whereas the large one is 2 servings.

daryl went with me and he ordered the large serving. look at the amount of wan tans he got. i got 3 only i think. but i was okay, because i had the sui gaus too.

look at them sui gaus. i know they don't look absolutely amazing. but trust me when i say, these are melissa endoresed.
