fit-so

it has been said that 7 minutes of exercise a day is what it takes to make everyone happy-go-lucky and a little less stressed. 

so remember, just 7 minutes a day. do a short hiit circuit. or some bodyweight workouts. here's one you can try for one of the days.

45 seconds of squat jumps
45 seconds burpees
45 seconds of skaters
45 seconds mountain climbers.

3 rounds, 30 seconds rest in btw each round.
