crossfit is back

we destroyed todays workout. 
10 bear complex
20 pushups
30 burpees
40 rows
50 deadlifts
60 pushups
70 box jumpes
80 kb swings
90 squat jumps
100 double unders

 it'was a very good workout. its been quite some time since i last crossfit. i can feel that the aches will come tomorrow. off i am to pack.
